On July 10, 2013, His Eminence Donald Cardinal Wuerl established the Community-in-Formation of the Oratory in the Archdiocese of Washington. As a community of Roman Catholic priests and brothers we take as our exemplar St. Philip Neri, a 16th century priest known as the Apostle of Rome. We currently number four members and are committed to serving St. Thomas Apostle Parish in Woodley Park, and the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area.
